Report to: Head of Distribution Planning

Key Accountabilities
Sales Support to Partners (60%)
For CA partners: communicate and coordinate with Partners in implementing the business plan, supporting on running contests/supporting programs and handle business issues to ensure the achievement business target;
For Banca partners: coordinate with Sales Team (Account Head/Sales Manager) in supporting on contests/events, sales activity and handle business issues;
Organizing periodical sales meeting/sales events;
Management Partnership Supporting Team (10%)
Set up plan on monthly/quarterly/yearly distribution support plan to Partners basing on business plan, scale of sales volume and requirements from sales side;
Deliver and support to member staffs on deliver requirements tasks;
Coordinate with related Departments to handle above tasks
Quality control on partnership (20%)
To CA partners: Coordinate with Quality Assurance Team on directly conducting periodical quality control activities as guideline/process, on-site visiting, meeting with sales agent of CA, joining sales activity of CA;
To Banca partners: Coordinate with Sales Team on supporting periodical quality control activities as guideline/process
Others (10%)

Education: University graduate in business administration, finance or related field of study.
Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirements:
Good business acumen with solid knowledge of insurance and financial products.
Demonstrate strong communication skill and critical thinking.
Strong stakeholder management skill.
Understand of regulatory guidelines and quality control.
Experience in sales activities
Experience in team/people management.
Relevant working experience: At least 05 years of working experience in life insurance planning and sales.
Required language: Strong written and spoken in English.
Personality requirements:
Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
